DEFINITIONS

"You" refers to the user of this website and its related services, and as such you have the right to use this website subject to your full agreement of the applicable Terms of Use described in detail below. As used in this Agreement, "student" refers to the person that books a service through this site, “we” and “us” means the School 'Yoga & More', which is the name of the school according to Yoga Alliance. 'School' refers to 'Yoga & More' School. The services provided in this website are under the company name 'Evangelia Kyrmizaki'.

By proceeding to payment of any service from this website you immediately agree with the following:

CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID-19

In response to the growing coverage and global effect of covid-19, we will be adjusting our transfer policies.

If a yoga teacher training course is cancelled due to Covid-19, a full refund including deposit, will be issued. The advance deposit that you pay to us will be returned to you in case of cancelation due to covid.

If your scheduled course is cancelled due to travel restrictions or safety reasons, you can transfer to any preferred course upon availability for up to two years/24 months counting from the date of the cancelled course. If you register or are registered for a course this year (2020) or the next year (2021) and choose to transfer courses due to safety precautions, all fees will be waived. The amount already paid for the original course will become credit for whichever course dates transferred to. If the new training course of choice has a higher investment fee due to location and other fees, you are liable for additional costs.

If the course is not cancelled or postponed, but the student decides they would prefer to transfer themselves to a later course date, because of a valid Covid related reason, it is at the School's discretion to allow this or not. Refunds will not be issued unless a course is canceled.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

STANDARD CHANGE POLICY

The price of the Yoga Teacher Training will be set out in your Booking. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect a Booking that we have confirmed with you.
We will require an advance payment to secure your booking.

If you choose to finance the remainder of the cost of the course with the School, you should be aware of and refer to the terms & conditions of your contract with the School.

FOR PARTICIPANTS WHO WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION, MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE:

If you submit a cancellation in writing more than 120 days prior to the start date, we can refund your full tuition minus any bank transfer fees incurred. If you submit a cancellation in writing less than 120 days prior to the start date, we no longer offer refunds.

This also applies if you do not show up, are dissatisfied or if you leave a program early for any reason. We also reserve the right to not credit students with Yoga Alliance USA certifications if you do not meet all the criteria for graduation from the program or adhere to the course rules – in this case no refunds will be made.

Yoga & More School reserves the right to cancel any program at any time.

In the event that a natural disaster or other event causes a program to be moved or otherwise changed, the School will do its best to provide adequate substitutions and the program will continue.

Note: No refunds will be given, if you choose not to attend or leave your course early.

Participants are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance.

Yoga & More School is not liable to anyone in case the course is postponed or cancelled. If you are making any travel arrangement prior to this confirmation, we would advise you to subscribe to a flexibe ticket or cancellation insurance as the School cannot be responsible to any cost incurred for cancellation of your travel. This also applies if you do not show up, or if you leave a program early for any reason. We also reserve the right to not credit students with Yoga Alliance certifications if they do not meet all the criteria for graduation from the program – in this case no refunds will be made.

In case Yoga & More School shortens the Yoga Teacher Training for any reason, the School shall offer the student at least a (partial) refund, which refund is proportional to the shortened Yoga Teacher Training.

Cancellations must be done in writing. Any refunds will be processed 30 days after receipt of your written cancellation. You may email kirmizakie@yahoo.gr with your cancellation request. Yoga & More School reserves the right to issue a refund in exceptional situation, however a small fee will be deducted from the refund.

CANCELLATION VIA AN AFFILIATOR PLATFORM

In case a student has paid through the Platforms of BookYogaRetreats or BookRetreats, the School as their 'Organizer' shall also process the refund through their Platform according to their Terms & Policies for refunding.

All Rights in relation to the Content of the Yoga Teacher Training will remain vested in the School. The student is not permitted to remove, make illegible, hide or modify notifications or statements with regard to Rights.

IN-PERSON HEALTH IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19

- It is requested that all the students will provide negative coronavirus tests

- To enter to the venue at the arrival you will be asked to show the negative coronavirus test and to take your temperature. Your temperature will be measured daily.

- Staff to wear masks during course when needed
- You will need a certified negative PCR coronavirus test within 72 hours of travel
- Monitoring use of props, each student assigned their own designated mat, bolster, blocks, strap
- Training group will be separate from outside guests
- Smaller course sizes
- We ask that you bring your own water bottle, to be used the duration of the course
- If you do go offsite the training place, you will be required to wear masks and social distance.

COVID-19 LIABILITY WAIVER

7 days before arrival, the student be asked to sign a COVID-19 LIABILITY WAIVER and maximum 3 days before arrival the student must have a negative covid-19 test. If it is found that the student is risky to participate to the booked training program because of covid-19 issues, the School deserves the right to cancel my spot and refund fully my training without the transfer bank expenses. In such a case, no travel cost or other personal cost refunds will be issued.

TEACHER TRAINING COURSES

The student must fulfill all the requirements of the School's Yoga Teacher Training, including in class hours, homework, exercises and passing both the written and in class final exams to receive a certificate of completion, which can be submitted to the Yoga Alliance for registration, showing that the student have completed a 200 hour Teacher Training program.

Paying for the program and completing the hours alone does not mean the student will pass the course.
I understand that Yoga & More School reserves the right to ask the student to leave the program they are found plagiarizing, their behavior is inappropriate, unethical or violates the Yoga Alliance ethical or course guidelines. Yoga & More School reserves the right to cancel a training process from a student and exlude them from the training, if it decided that the student is violeting the ethical rules set by the School, for example, the student is moving against the teacher of the School, is stealing, drinking alcohol and other unethical actions. Under such circumstances, the student will not be refunded their tuition.

DISCLAIMER

The videos and documents, such as pdf, word, quizz, etc. that are provided by Yoga & More School are for guidance only. What you decide to do with the information that are provided to you, including any actions you take, is down to your own personal responsibility and choice. All the educational material should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgment. For legal reasons, we have to advise you that the educational material is for educational purposes only.

You are responsible for injuries that might appear via online or in-person teaching by Yoga & More School. We assume you have taken into consideration that each training program is associated with risk of injury. You are responsible 100% for your actions and physical condition during the program and after the program using the education provided to you.

You understand that yoga includes physical movements, as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to your body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the training instructor. You will continue to breathe smoothly. You assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may occur through participation to a service by Yoga & More School.
You understand that Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By signing, you affirm that a licensed physician has verified your good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program, if required. In addition, you will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before the training. If you am pregnant, become pregnant or you are post-natal or post-surgical, you verify that you have your physician’s approval to participate to a training course. You also affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and other techniques offered in the training courses and that participation is at your own risk. You hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may have hereafter against Yoga & More School and Evangelia Kyrmizaki and all related facilities and premises for any personal injury or negligence. Additionally, the facility, the educator Evangelia Kyrmizaki and Yoga & More School are not in any way responsible for any physical injury or psychological issue related to the education of this program.
Yoga & More School reserves the right at any time to ask a student to leave the training, if it appears that their health or physical practice are not at the level to fully participate in the training. The student consent that they were fully healthy while applying at the program. If this is not approved true or if the student appears new health issues, the student might be excluded from the program for not meeting the students criteria and also the student will not be refunded according in this case of exclusion due to health issues.

If the student cancels 90 days prior to the start of the training, their payment may be transferred toward a future Teacher Training course.
Yoga & More is not responsible for any travel costs that the student incur to participate in the training.
Once the program begins, tuition is non refundable and non transferable.

All Yoga Teacher Training materials are under copyright protection and cannot be reproduced by the student without the permission of the author. Failure to comply may result in legal action.

Yoga & More School reserves the right to change form of training to a student without their consent, which means moving a student training from an in-person training to an online form of training, or moving from a 100% livestream training to a partly self-paced training. The reasons for this moving of form of training might be due to helping the learning style of a student (eg. a student with learning disabilities, dyslexia, ADHD, etc.), their health issues or due to stopping disruption to the program or other students. It is upon the judgement of the teacher of the Yoga & More School to decide if a student causing disruption to the program or other students can proceed to another form of training, moving to an online training, moving from livestream to partly self-paced form or to expel the student from the program with no refund.

Yoga & More School reserves the right not to aknowledge a student as certified if is found that the student is not meeting the criteria for certification. In this case, Yoga & More School reserves no money refund to the student.

OVERVIEW

This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions, also known as Terms of Use which apply to your use of the School's website and all services offered by Yoga & More School. With your continued use of the website, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Agreement. Please print and keep a copy of this Agreement for your records.

You must be 18 years of age and maximum 65 years of age to participate in a Yoga Teacher Training course. By accepting these Terms of Use, you represent and warrant to the School that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms of Use.

PRIVACY POLICY

"Personal Information" means all information about an identifiable individual.

The School will never share personal information provided through the contact forms on our website or social media platforms.

Yoga & More School may take photographs or video of its training or leisure time. It is granted to Yoga & More School permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional, educational or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant. The student comply that videos and photos presenting them inside will be used for commercial and educational reasons.

By booking a service with Yoga & More School, the School may use personal data and process such data in accordance with all legal obligations regarding the processing of personal data. The school only uses your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Yoga & More School recognizes the importance of privacy and recognizes the sensitivity of personal information received by us in the course of offering our service. We recognize our professional obligation to maintain the confidentiality of our students’ information, and recognize our obligations concerning the personal information of all individuals that we collect, use or disclose in our practice.

A Privacy Policy has been developed with those obligations in mind. If you have any questions with respect to our policies concerning the handling of your personal information, or if you wish to request access to, or correction of, your personal information under our care and control, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

By booking a training with Yoga & More School I undestand I consent with the Terms and Conditions of the School as outlined herein.
